Founded in 1994, Fabtech International Ltd has now become a benchmark in the global heavy engineering and industrial fabrications sector. It has not only completed numerous projects but successfully created several World Records. The facility boasts manufacturing facilities of over 330,000 m2, including 80,000 m2 of enclosed shops which are equipped with high end machineries like CNC plasma profile cutting machine, Lathe machine, CNC milling machine, CNC drilling machine, CNC Pipe Cutting Machine, EOT cranes, Gantry cranes and Tower Cranes and mobile cranes with handling capacity of upto 2000 ton single weight.

Acquired in early 2001 and transformed as a strategic business unit of the Fabtech Group, Fabtech Abu Dhabi prides itself on delivering the highest quality fabricated steel products to key EPC contractors and other clients. As a specialized fabrication service company, we rely on several quality suppliers and have access to the most recognized mills and steel traders across the world. Our customized fabrication facilities span over 48,000 square meters with integrated state of the art shot blasting and painting facilities coupled with all kinds of machining facilities. The facility can produce an average of 14,000 plus tons of fabricated steel each year and is well equipped with CNC production line systems.

Established in 2010 to expand capacity and diversify further with facility to serve the major Engineering sectors, Fabtech Engineering is a fully certified ASME ‘U’, ‘R’, ISO 9001:2008 approved facility and has the permission to manufacture any equipment with API 4F certification. It has positioned itself as a leader in the region for the design and turnkey fabrication of pressure vessels, Columns and Process Modules.

With over 15 years of MENA operating experience, the facility provides a wide range of structural steel items to our clients. Our team has experience in the procurement and supply of materials related to the needs of the oilfield industry and has vast and in-depth knowledge of the steel products required for various applications which has fostered an excellent business relationship with the leading manufacturers and major supply houses of oilfield equipment around the world.

Supporting the other Fabtech divisions and clients alike, this modern state-of-the art workshop is equipped to handle any material handling projects such as Ship Loaders, Unloaders, Stacker Reclaimers and more. Our services can be provided through technical support or maintenance contracts serving clients in various sectors such as Industrial and Marine, Civil Contractors, Onshore & Offshore facilities, Power / Desalination plants, Oil & Gas industrial facilities, & fuel storage tanks, pipes, spools, sheet & tubular piles, fire proofing etc., at shop and at site.

Fabtech Modular Buildings specializes in the design and building of Cold Form Steel (CFS) buildings, which in turn addresses the growing demand of temporary/permanent site offices and accommodation facilities. Fabtech Modular Buildings redefines the modular industry by offering buildings which are not only affordable and fast track, but also environment friendly and energy efficient. Through carefully regulated operations, both during production as well as installation, we strive to lower our carbon footprint.

Our Coating division is approved by all major international paint manufacturers and has all the necessary qualifications and equipment to carry out projects as per international standards / NACE Standards. We do provide services for various specialized applications such as Field Joint Coatings, Pond Polyurea Lining, Bund HDPE Sheet Lining, Bridge Deck Water Proofing, Vessel/Internal PTFE/ PFA Lining, Vehicle/Pedestrian Concrete Floor Coating, Water Falls/ Swimming Pool water Proofing, Neoprene Cladding, Epoxy/Derakane Lamination System, Pressure Vessels Internal Linings, Thermal Sprayed Application, Passive Fire Protection and much more.

Fabtech International Canada Ltd (FICL) is our liason office for our North American clients with engineering capabilities and well-established client servicing office in Calgary, registered in the province of Alberta, Canada. Fabtech’s current portfolio to its American Clients includes rig fabrication, modules, pressure vessels, storage tanks and more.

Fabtech set up operations in Djibouti in the year 2012 by setting up a 200,000 sq.mtr. fabrication facility, including manufacturing of roofing-panels, supply of Industrial Gases (Oxygen and Acetylene), and steel-engineered building solutions. The Djibouti operations were established to diversify and service clients in the MENA & COMESA African Regions. With the massive industrialization in these regions, Fabtech has positioned itself as a technically advanced & capable heavy engineering solutions provider for the region.
