Fabtech Modular Buildings is a unit of the Fabtech Group that specializes in the design and building of Cold Form Steel (CFS) buildings, which in turn addresses the growing demand of temporary/permanent site offices and accommodation facilities.

Facility
Our state-of-the-art modular manufacturing facility in Dubai Industrial Park is located adjacent to Emirates road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The facility allows for transportation of finished modular buildings (using trailers) to construction sites throughout Middle East. Proximity to JAFZA is an added advantage which enables us to export modular buildings to our overseas clients.
Our facility is fully equipped with computerized cold form steel framing machines, overhead / gantry cranes and hot rolled steel fabrication machineries to name a few.
At the facility a team of Engineering and Construction professionals work on cold form steel framing, carpentry, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing and other related activities. Our manufacturing facility offers the best working environment that creates a more efficient and safe workspace for better quality and faster production.
